FEATURES
SOOTHING, RELAXING AND ALL-NATURAL—Hot water bottles are a classic home remedy for easing common aches and pains, as well as providing therapeutic warmth when and where needed. No electricity, chemicals or medicine required! Simply fill with warm water and apply directly to skin.
BENEFITS OF HEAT THERAPY—Heat therapy is ideal for chronic aches and pains. It works by encouraging blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood circulation throughout the body while targeting the area the water bottle is applied to. Heat therapy is ideal for sore and aching muscles and joints.
EASY TO USE—Water bottle is constructed of soft, flexible rubber with an easy-fill, spill proof cap. Textured, ribbed design can be applied directly to skin. Use common sense caution; never fill with boiling water, or attempt to heat or microwave the bottle itself.

I really like a solid hot water bottle, and this is it. Never seen a threaded metal neck but it seems to create a tight seal, possibly it will make the HWB last longer. This particular bottle also has a sideways ribbed texture and a place to hang it or attach the cap (you provide the thread or elastic)I was afraid it would be flimsy but it's very solid.HWB is great for:-warming you or your bed-falling asleep more easily-anxiety relief (put it on your chest)-aches and pains like back spasmsand moreYou can make a cloth sleeve for it out of an old PJ leg or sweater.
