I recieved this canteen 2 days ago. Shipping was really fast and it is packaged as you see in the stock picture. First off I really like that it's made of steel and not the plastic junk. Very well made. The rubber rimming around the openning hole seems to be made of the same rubber material that bathtube hole stoppers are made of making it pretty tough. The cape is of a solid plastic and will not slide out the hole once sealed and is attached with a paracord type rope but I'm not exactly sure what material it is BUT its tough stuff. This canteen does NOT come with a canteen carrier/holder but it shouldnt be a problem to fine one that fits it. I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase and the seller got it to me ASAP and that's a PLUS+++. I would recommend this to friends.
