When we got it, we could squeeze with the bilat hands of glory and water would not budge. My husband took it apart and realized there was not an opening on the plastic part of the bowl that the straw is inserted into. We guess it was made by a 3d printer or something and it did not put the hole in you need for water to go through when you squeeze it. My husband just used a drill bit (could use a nail or screw also) to poke throw the part you attach the straw to and the piece of plastic popped easily off. We attached the straw and boom! Fully functioning like it should! If you squeeze and water does not come out, take off the bowl/lid, u screw that piece the straw attaches to and see if there is no hole opening. If not, just poke a hole and it will work fine. Look at my photos, the last with me holding it is the hole we poked through.Our 12.5 yr old lab has LarPar (LP, laryngeal paralysis) so needs a slow drink water bowl. This works great for on the go drinking because I can control how much water he gets in a gulp so he doesn’t aspirate.This is one of the best products I have bought for my dog. People always comment when they see me get it out to give him a drink of water. At home we use it too and fill it with water and put in the fridge. He loves that he can have ice cold water from it.I’ve used this so many times and bought another one because I lost mine. I love how it’s a bowl and it is perfect for the dogs to get water.This is no 2 for me. Loved the first one so much had to have another. Never leaks and is much more convenient and less messy than a collapsible bowl! And you can add ice to keep water coldMy dog loves this water bottle. I love the convenience of not having to carry a separate bowl to pour the water into. Simply squeeze the bottle and the water fills the top for the dog to drink. Light and easy to carry, I put hers in my backpack.This is probably my fifth item for portable water for my dog! I’ve had 2 collapsible bowls that eventually lost their strength(?) & continued to collapse, even with water in them! I’ve had one bottle that had a bowl attached to it but it always leaked! My other water bottle was good but my dog hated the trough-style! No idea why. This is perfect because it’s leakproof and the water goes back inside the bottle. No waste of water, or having to refill it because I have to dump the water out every time my dog is finished drinking! Added plus, my dog is a Cavalier & has long ears. This bowl is just the right size. Not too wide that he gets his ears wet when he drinks. One negative is that I wish there was a locking type button so I didn’t have to keep squeezing the bottle to keep the water in the bowl! My dog drinks quite a bit & gives me such a look when I have to let go to rest my hand!A little expensive, but worth it for a good invention. We bought extras for each vehicle. It is very nice to be able to offer water to the dog, but return it easily to the bottle if she doesn’t drink it.Just what I wanted. No worry about spilling.I saw this bottle in a tiktok video and thought I'd try it out. It looked interesting. I have two Labs and traditionally we use the ol' "Gulpy" dog water bottles.This bottle is ok. My dogs had no problem drinking out of it. I was a little disappointed when I put it in my backpack and it started slowly leaking when it slipped to an angled position or further. I thought the "squeeze technology" meant that there was a mechanism that blocked the spout and didn't allow water to go through until it was squeezed.The squeezing feature works great, however with two large dogs I think the double-squeezing will wear this down quicker than users with one dog. I used this bottle on two outings and I'm already concerned for it's structural integrity. Perhaps more ideal for smaller dogs who don't chug as much as mine!Works perfectly for me and my dogs.
