I’m a dietitian in need of that extra push to drink more water. This helps! It’s the old faithful bottle I had back in college 20 years ago, but still doesn’t fit in my vehicle cup holder. The good news is that when it tips over in the cat, it won’t leak! You can also hook it onto anything. Easy to clean. I have put mine in the dishwasher, and drink everything from iced coffee to water out of it.I've got five or six of these kicking around. they're virtually indestructible and a great addition to the car, camper, gym bag to ensure you ALWAYS have a vessel to keep you hydrated.I bought this water bottle because I needed to drink water more, and I knew to accomplish that, I needed something that could go with me to the office, to the deer stand, or even to outdoor work. This bottle does that flawlessly. It was recommended to me by Christian missionary friends who took theirs all around the world, and I am glad they did. I have had it for months now and its great. First off, it is way stronger than I expected. It has no flex to it if you squeeze it. And the labels don't come off for anything. They are as bright and clear as they were when I bought it. Second, the lid has never leaked despite the fact that I (literally) throw it around in my truck and it is constantly laying down sideways or even upside down in a bag. Third, it takes drops like a pro, even on concrete. It gets scuffs as expected, but not near bad enough to cause any leakage issues. It just bounces and keeps going. Last, the glow in the dark really works. I know that may be the kid in me talking, but its honestly really cool, and actually handy when trying to find it on the nightstand in the middle of the night for a drink. It doesn't produce reading light, but you could spot it instantly in the dark when camping or something.Any possible cons aren't really cons in my opinion. The first thing people complain about Nalgene bottles is that they don't insulate and keep its liquid hot/cold, but it isn't meant to. Honestly, I have come to appreciate it because it is easier for me to drink room temperature water than ice cold water. The only time this has ever been a problem for me is if you leave it in direct sunlight during summer or in a car, but this is user error, not the fault of the bottle. Second, people say it is not travel friendly because it does not fit in a cupholder, nor is it easy to drink out of while driving or walking. I cannot say I've found a way to fit it into a cupholder, but this can be solved by just throwing it in the floorboard or the seat, and IT IS POSSIBLE to drink while moving. It is just an art that has to be mastered and you obviously want to avoid hitting holes or turning while taking a drink.I would recommend this bottle to anybody and promise that you 100% will not regret it. Coolest thing I've ever bought that brought benefit to my life.I bought this years ago. I used it for hiking mostly. It has been hitting rocks up and down mountains. I have dropped it a lot. It has scratches but still intact! Still using years later. I got a mouth piece to make it easier to drink out of. This bottle I would imagine will last me for at least another 4 years. Worth every penny.Love this bottle!I’ve used these for years on various treks. They have always been tough and resistant to breakage. The are easy to toss in the backpack.I have had this for years now and it has not failed me yet.It is plastic and not insulated so can't keep water cold for too long.Bottle is perfect for helping me consistently drink more water in a day. The wide lid is helpful when my hands hurt and need a drink. But I was wrong! According to the reviews Amazon is sending me all the rejects! Reviewers are proclaiming that they've put super novae and exploding fusion devices in these bottles and they haven't leaked. How come I can buy a bottle of pop and shake it up and it doesn't leak. Yet this bottle fell at the first hurdle even when the lid was screwed on by the HULK. Another waste of time and money, I suppose I could put flowers in it or buttons or something like that. I know, I could put silicone sealant in it, I bet that wouldn't leak out. I find it incomprehensible that fizzy drinks manufacturers churn out millions of bottles of pop a week and none of them so much as drip but so called leakproof refillable bottle makers don't seem to be able to make one! I give up!Pro:- Trinkflasche ist stabil, ist mir aus 1 Meter runtergefallen und nichts ist passiert.- Trinkflasche ist laut Herstellerangaben auf "AMZ" Hergestellt aus dem BPA-freien Tritan TM- Flasche hat zu keinem Zeitpunkt unangenehm gesprochen/gestunken.- passt gerade mal so in die "Standard" Getränkehalter (Laufband/Crosstrainer/Fahrradergometer) im FitnessstudioContra:- Die Trinköffnung ist viel zu groß, man kann während des normalen gehens nicht mal eben währenddessen aus der Flasche trinken, weil es wegen der großen Öffnung verschüttet. Measurements on the side make it great for measuring out water into a camp stove. It can withstand high temps so filling with hot water and using it as a hot water bottle is great. Doesn’t leak, and the wide opening makes it an easy clean. I would say it’s perhaps a tiny bit overpriced in a world full of water bottles there’s a lot of competition.
