Does a great job at what it's suppose to do. My family and i can breath better and feel the difference. These machines are not like rainbow machine, but it works great as a humidifier and and sent it makes your whole room smell good. I love mine. It's hard to remove stem on bottom to clean, but it can come off. Use a skinny pipe cleaner and it's like brand new again. I recommend these little machines. I have had no problems with them.
